Preform Feeding

Preforms are fed by star- wheel to load onto chain spindles continuouslly.

Preform Heating 

During heating, the performs are constantly rotated for a perfectly symmetrical distribution of heat. The necks of heat. The necks of the preform are protected from oven - heating by means of protection ramp with cold water.

Pitch Changeover 

After heating, the preforms go into pitch-change by servo motor by slider, the abutting preforms center distance changes from 50.8 mm to molds center distance.
